We are here to break the ice on what has maybe been the most popular Sams Club release to date. Their version of a white bounce house. Is this a good fit or a misfit for your party.
We are going to take a deep dive into all things bounce houses, so you as a consumer, parent, and host, can make the best decision for your party!
Lets set the record straight. If you are looking for the beautiful white clean aesthetic The White Bounce House provides, look no further, Sams club has it right here! I mean its beautiful! Its everything we love! But it does come at a cost.
Durability
Maybe the most unnoticeable thing about this product is the material its made with. While it looks just like the products we rent at The White Bounce House, its actually far from it. If you have rented a commercial grade bounce house before, you may just open up the box to be immediately dissapointed. While all of our products are made from commercial grade PVC and doubled stitched, strong enough to handle thousands of events a year; this product is made from something entirely different. The Sams club bouncer is made of an oxford style nylon that resembles more of a cloth type material. Not only is this far less durable, but also easy to stain. So if your event is indoors, the Sams Club bouncer may actually be a good fit for you!
Size
Another feature to keep in mind while considering a Sams Club bounce house is the size. Its entire dimensions are 11ft Deep and 11ft Wide including a little slide off the front making the actual jumping space slightly smaller than the overall dimensions. The White Bounce Houses most popular standard size bounce house is 16ft Deep and 16ft Wide averaging 25 square feet of addition jumping space! That is a HUGE difference that you may not consider when just looking at the picture above. If you are hosting a party, rather than a small private play date, the Sams Club bounce house may not be the route to take.
Labor
This one could easily be overlooked by someone who doesn’t work every day in the industry, that’s for sure! What you see on Instagram and Facebook, doesn’t always look as easy as it seems. While our customers parties are stunning, we wont argue that! They come at a price because they come with a lot of work. Proper installation, meeting all safety protocols and regulations, cleaning and sanitizing the units to avoid illnesses related to mold and mildew and germs, and the absolute worst part of the party, the cleanup! Rolling up the bounce house and getting it out of your hair is probably the best part of hiring The White Bounce House crew! We want your event to be about celebrating the one you love, not stressing about your to-do list.
Liability
I think this is the biggest cost associated with not renting from a company that is licensed and insured. And Liability is a big umbrella term that covers a few big deal topics that need to be considered.
A business carrying insurance is here to protect not only a person who could get injured, but property, as well as the host and their loved ones. If something serious were to happen in regards to the bounce house, not being properly secured, having the proper electrical supply, weather, and standard safety rules, injuries are bound to happen. Often consumers think The company supplying the protection of having an insurance policy is to just protect the actual company but rather it’s to protect the injured party, whether that’s an injured person, injured property, or suit against the host as well.
