Lets face it. Mermaids are all the rave right now, for little girls, big girls, ok maybe us moms too! Ultimately, who doesn’t want to be a mermaid? Am I right?! So we are here to spot light a party out of Charlotte, North Carolina that will be sure to make a splash!

We first have to talk about the bounce house. This is not your typical white bounce house you have seen so far on Pinterest. This is our biggest debut yet. We call it The Ultimate Slide. Not only is is big. It features a curve slide, plenty of jumping space, and not to forget…a ball pit!

A new addition to Charlotte is Castle Confection, now offering organic cotton candy. Of course this left the kids coming back for more…and more…and more. Decorated with balloons and personalized backdrop by Confetti Castle!

The mermaids came back to a kids tablescape provided by Ribbon and Blue Childrens Party Rental where they enjoyed THE BEST Cookie Dough cake by the one and only Cottonwood Cake. Be sure to check out their subscription boxes because these cakes somehow take better than they LOOK!

The “Shell yeah” moment was definitely the tap truck for the adult entertainment, ok maybe the kids too because The Wandering Social was so creative and provided a color changing lemonade for our mermaids! but really, the parents were able to kick back and enjoy their kiddo being entertained over some adult beverages! SHELLLL YEAHH!

Gathered Events and Design is the top vendor in Charlotte for all things customizable to your event. It was her amazing vision to include not only a sign that says “Come under the seas and swim with me” (SO cute!) but to create a visual of the tail coming out of the water with a “splash” of balloons to make it pop by Confetti Castle! Plus we love an iridescent moment.

To top it off, our mermaids got a makeover curtesy of Shimmer Down to make sure all our mermaids were ready to make a splash!
